Mechanical adjustment of rotary tiller:
1. Adjust horizontally on both sides. Stop the tractor with a rotary tiller on a flat surface, lower the rotary tiller so that the blade is 5 centimeters above the ground, and observe whether the height of the left and right blade tips above the ground is consistent. Ensure that the blade axis is level and the plowing depth is even during operation.
2. Horizontal adjustment before and after. When lowering the rotary tiller to the desired plowing depth, observe whether the angle between the universal joint and the first axis of the rotary tiller are close to the horizontal position. If the angle of the universal joint is too large, the upper pull rod can be adjusted to make the rotary tiller in a horizontal position.
3. Raise height adjustment. In rotary tillage operations, the angle between the universal joint is not allowed to exceed 10 degrees, and it is also not allowed to exceed 30 degrees when turning the ground. Therefore, the lifting of the rotary tiller requires the use of screws for adjusting the position, which can be tightened at the appropriate position on the handle to limit the position; When using height adjustment, special attention should be paid when lifting. If it is necessary to raise the rotary tiller again, the power of the universal joint should be cut off.
Mechanical use of rotary tiller:
1. At the beginning of the homework, the rotary tiller should be in a raised state. First, the power output shaft should be combined to increase the speed of the blade shaft to the rated speed, and then the rotary tiller should be lowered to gradually insert the blades into the soil to the desired level. It is strictly prohibited to combine the power output shaft or sharply lower the rotary tiller after the blade enters the soil, in order to avoid bending or breaking the blade and increasing the load on the tractor.
2. In homework, it is advisable to travel at a slow speed as much as possible, which can not only improve the quality of the work, make the soil chunks finer, but also reduce the wear and tear of the machinery. Pay attention to whether there is any noise or metal tapping sound from the rotary tiller, and observe the situation of broken soil and plowing depth. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. Only after troubleshooting can the operation continue.
3. When turning on the ground, it is prohibited to work. The rotary tiller should be raised to lift the blades off the ground and reduce the tractor throttle to avoid damaging the blades. When lifting the rotary tiller, the tilt angle of the universal joint should be less than 30 degrees. If it is too large, it will produce impact noise, causing premature wear or damage.
4. When reversing, crossing embankments, and transferring land parcels, the rotary tiller should be lifted to a high position and the power should be cut off to avoid damaging the machinery. If transferring to a distance, use a locking device to secure the rotary tiller.
5. After each shift, the rotary tiller should be maintained. Check the tightness of each connecting piece on the dirt and weeds on the blade, add lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and add butter to the universal joint to prevent further wear and tear.
